Return Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days for unopened, factory-sealed items.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and unopened
In original, factory-sealed packaging
Include proof of purchase
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To request a return, contact support@rove21.com. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used electronics
Final sale items
Gift cards
Custom or special-order products
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must meet the return conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original Bitcoin payment address used at checkout. Refund processing typically completes within 10 business days, depending on network confirmation times.
